Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship worldwide from our Hong Kong fulfilment centre.

Processing & Dispatch:

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number once available.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Asia: 7–12 working days
• Europe & North America: 12–22 working days
• Australia, South America, Africa & other regions: 18–30 working days

Delivery times are estimations and may be delayed due to customs clearance, peak season or logistics events.

Shipping Costs:

Calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and order weight & size.

Import Duties & Taxes:

For all international destinations, the recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in product price or shipping cost.
